From mastering inversions and refining alignment to exploring mindfulness and restorative techniques, there’s something for every yogi. Sound, Yin & Massage: Softening into Summer

Saturday 15th Feb, 3pm | 2 hours

Summer is a season of the fire element: abundance, warmth and expansiveness. If out of balance, it can scorch and rage like a dry hot sun or a forest fire - or be dampened and absent of vibrance.

Emma and Lucy will guide you with sound and voice through breathwork, Qi Gong forms and yin shapes, to encourage fluidity, spaciousness and ease. Receive hands-on massage from Lucy and fellow zenthai shiatsu practitioner/s, to enrich your experience through the incomparable connection of touch.

The Chinese Medicine-infused offerings in this session are shared as pathways to centre and settle the individual and collective being. Take what resonates into your life, as supports towards a calmer, more steady and life-giving radiance.
